Unearth Your Worth™ with Lori Howard. Lori is a Career and Life Coach who has been helping others achieve career success for over 15 years. She works with clients across the US and Canada. Through workshops and one-on-one coaching, she teaches skills to take the guess work out of the job search. Lori has taught workshops on resume writing, cover letters, interviewing, networking, and taking the job search online, to career changers and job seekers at all stages of their careers.

Lori’s career began with a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware, moving through jobs in software development, quality assurance, process and project management, culminating as VP at a Chicago-based investment research firm. She brings knowledge and experience in a variety of industries including financial services, technology, and the arts.

In 2007 Lori launched Unearth Your Worth ™ (formerly Coach for a Better Life). Now, using an individualized process that goes far beyond ordinary assessments, Lori helps clients gain clarity about their unique set of strengths, skills and passions, and then apply that clarity to pursue a career they love. Lori works with her clients develop an action plan for their goals, and break their action plan into tiny manageable steps so they can make progress immediately. Lori also serves as a Career Consultant with REA (Ricklin-Echikson Associates), and continuously participates in training in all areas of Career Coaching in order to remain abreast of current trends.
