Sarah is also the founder of Shatter, a social enterprise that uses technology to close the gender wealth and leadership gaps.



Gabi Vandermark is a technologist, a problem solver and a strategic consultant leader. As the VP of HR Technology for Magellan Health, Gabi creates workforce capability through her leadership of the HR technology strategy and systems team, helping shape and execute the company's strategy.





Clara Kridler is the Vice President of People at Root Insurance where she oversees recruiting, human resources, real estate, and internal IT. The People Team owns everything that goes into the candidate and employee experience. Together, they have launched 6 offices and hired over 750 people under Clara's leadership. Before joining Root, Clara spent time as an investment analyst and operations manager.


Abby Zimmerman is a 15+ year veteran in the talent space with Financial, Healthcare, and Retail/Service industries. She joined Safelite in 2016, where she held both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management responsibilities for the organization. Her proven expertise driving results in fast-paced and complex business environments that align company’s strategic talent initiatives. Zimmerman’s previous experience includes TA leadership roles at companies like Abbott Nutrition, Cardinal Health and JPM Chase.

Tracie Cleveland-Thomas is an Executive Director within Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase. In this role, Tracie provides strategic direction and executive oversight for production management support using Lean, Agile and DevOps software engineering practices.

She has over 20 years of experience as an Information Technology Leader demonstrating success in leading transformational initiatives to drive cost-effective, value-add business results while developing and maintaining an engaged workforce. Her expertise spans from application development, sales engineering, project management to operational support for companies such as Nationwide Insurance, General Motors (OnStar), Alliance Data and Genesys Telecommunications.
