Moderator: Arielle Morris has spent over 12 years in IT Sales. During that time her experiences have run the gamut. From start-up to Fortune 50, local to global and across all verticals. Beginning at an early phase Cloud startup acquired by IBM she has held progressively more influential Sales roles. Driven to create, Arielle blends strategy seamlessly into tactical execution. Developing new business and building successful GTM strategies while increasing profit and market-share.

Currently she is one of two national Area Sales Directors entrusted to create, from zero, a Commercial Sales practice for Dimension Data. Leveraging the power of technology her team accelerates business outcomes across all industries.

A busy mother to two young girls Arielle also looks to nurture STEM initiatives for the next generation.

Brenda Boehm has made her career in bringing new innovative technology to the marketplace. Brenda's deep industry expertise is based upon her successful leadership roles at both the executive and board levels with various innovation-focused technology companies from entrepreneurial start-ups; Starent Networks, Tango Networks, and Cyphre to Fortune 100 leaders; Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia. This uniquely broad set of experiences and skills have equipped her with the insight to create a market vision that recognizes industry disruption, an ability to harness change for innovation, develop global market reach and ensure the most successful operational best practices. As her passion is with emerging technologies, she has been recently focused on the capabilities of 5G / IoT, the required foundation of security, and potential blockchain technologies.

Brenda Boehm holds a MS from SMU's School of Engineering in Telecommunications and a Bachelors (BA) in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from the University of Louisiana. She also attended Stanford's prestigious Graduate School of Business Executive Program, and their Advanced Computer Security Cert. Additionally, Brenda is attending the Carnegie Mellon CISO cert with completion planned for February 2019.

In addition to her leadership in the IT / Telecommunications industry, Brenda is active in promoting women in technology, mentoring programs, and STEM initiatives. She feels strongly that it does impact young women personally, it is also critical to support and mentor the next generations in order to support a strong diverse workforce, and consequently, a healthy economy. She was recognized by Dallas Business Journal as a nominee of Women in Tech for 2015, and serves on advisory panels to promote women in technology.

Kathy Mast is an established strategy, technology and innovation change leader, interim CIO, and president of NeuvoNow, LLC. She consults with C-level leaders of global Fortune 1000 companies. She is an accomplished speaker and author on the topic of innovation in the Dallas/Ft. Worth community. Over the past 14 years, she has guided industry-leading and high-growth companies through extensive business growth, leadership and major change initiatives.

NeuvoNow clients are, or want to be, innovators in the Aerospace, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology Industries. Mast's current technology work focuses on helping clients achieve business growth through new strategies and business models built on innovation, technology and top talent, and delivered through consulting services and custom leadership workshops. She also delivers products for digital transformation, Co-lo and Cloud hosting and both cybersecurity and secure email through virtual teams of technology partners.

From consulting on more than 300 business and technology initiatives, Kathy learned that leaders require and appreciate a strong, holistic approach to strategy, technology transformation, and talent management. She is known for her ability to continuously adapt new technology and marketplace tools into her own proven methodology to create highly effective and innovative solutions for her clients.

A graduate of their Executive MBA program, Kathy is an active member of the Associate Board at the Cox School of Business, SMU. She also serves as a committee member for the DFW Technology Ball that recognizes the area's technology community and benefits STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math) education. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family and friends, participation in choral leadership through her church, travel, antique collecting and sports.

She brings a wide variety of IT skill and leadership expertise to the CIO role, strong executive communication skills, a passion for driving business value, time for coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders, and a desire for giving back to the community.
