She has served as a part time consultant for DBM, one of the three largest Out Placement firms in the world. Joan has been in private practice as an executive, business, career and personal coach, consultant and trainer since 1985.

Over her years in practice, Joan has worked with hundreds of corporate executives, managers, business owners, and technical professionals.
