CHANGED Date and Topic ! - New = Creating a Personal Kanban

CHANGED Meeting Date and Topic !

Join Women in Technology International (WITI) and Agile Leadership Network Houston for a presentation on Creating a Personal Kanban.

Managing daily work can be an endless source of frustration. Even using "to do" list, or calendar reminders, does it still seem like you end up with even more work to do than when you started - instead of getting things done? Before giving up, consider one more approach that could help preserve your sanity. Based on the book by Jim Benson & Tonianne DeMaria Barry, "Personal Kanban" can help bring order to your world of chaos. In this workshop session, Ron Whitebread will help you create your own Personal Kanban - tailored to your taste and needs - and allow you once again to enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishment (starting materials will be provided.)

Featured Speaker(s)

Ron Whitebread is co-founder and past president of the Agile Leadership Network Houston chapter, and a Certified Scrum Master. Ron enjoys learning and employing new techniques in different ways to challenge traditional approaches for managing projects and problems. He has been promoting Agile principles and techniques in various ways at Sysco for the past seven years.
