Afua Aboagye is a Lead functional architect and Delivery Lead on highly complex Digital Cross work stream programmes, delivering full application landscape. Afua joined Avanade in 2015, where she has developed her career as CRM functional architect. ​Afua is a Technology enthusiast, a proven strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to develop technology-enabled strategies to improve business operations and improve efficiency.

An inspirational organizer with the ability to manage, coach, delegate, mobilise and fit into new and existing teams. ​

Glenna Mathews is a Group Manager within Avanade's Center of Excellence team focused on Microsoft's Unified Communications (UC) Solutions. Glenna has 20 years of consulting experience, with the last 12 years focused on Microsoft UC Applications, including on premise, O365 and hybrid Skype and Teams environments. Her previous technical roles included programming and telecommunications deployment. Glenna finds that her diverse experience allows her to take a comprehensive and holistic approach to complex environments, ensuring successful delivery.

Brenda Davis is a Group Manager in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Talent Community in the Northeast. Her focus is on Field Service (FS) implementations; she recently wrapped up a FS project for an organization with a global presence. Currently, she is working on a FS implementation for an Oil and Gas customer in the Houston area. She joined Avanade in 2010; prior to that she worked a Microsoft Partner delivering CRM projects to Member-based Organizations. She has been working in IT Consulting for approximately 15 years. Prior to working in IT Consulting, she worked in Life Sciences in various roles related to basic and pharmaceutical research. She lives in Western Massachusetts with her partner, Arthur and bluetick/redbone coonhound named Ralph.

As a group manager of Engineering Management in the Southwest Software Engineering Talent Community, Lei Wang provides management consulting service to enable and transform clients with the technical ability of engineering. Lei Joined Avanade as Consultant in 2012, through the journey of helping clients in Energy, Resource & Industrials, she has hold multiple roles from Software Developer, Business Analyst, to Delivery Lead, Project Manager and PMO. Lei is specialized in Microsoft Technologies including Office365, SharePoint, Project Server, PowerBI also in ERP and RPA.

Moderator: Arti Venkatesh - I am part of Avanade Delivery Management Team, contributing to the success of customers by driving maximum business value. I help create the right environment for the team to succeed, helping team to self-organize and creating a culture of learning and transparency. I joined Technology field 22 years ago and enjoyed the journey so far. IT field presents everyday new opportunity to learn and solve complex situations.

Over the last decade, I developed the passion to help young females who are either considering Technology as their career or they are already part of it. I mentor women within Houston Network or around the globe. My goal is to promote STEM studies with females and help them to be successful in their career. I received Stevie International award for my work with Women. I was also recognized by Women Network as an 'Influencer'. It's very important to me, that I continue to help others whether it's about communication, presentation, Technology or any other area where they need help.
