Panel Moderator:

Roxanne Felton Christopher is Release Train Engineer/Coach for the Chevron Technical Center, Houston, Texas and has twenty-five + years of complex experience in information technology project and program management, including implementation and deployment of global enterprise projects, business intelligence and process safety dashboards. Roxanne started in project management with IBM and was one of the first certified IBM Project Managers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and spent the early part of her career in programming and systems analysis. She has worked on Chevron projects and provided Agile training in the USA, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria and Kazakhstan. She is passionate about coaching Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters. Roxanne currently holds ICP-CAT Coaching Agile Transitions, PMP, CSM, RTE, POPM and SPC 5.0 certifications. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, competitive tennis player, global traveler and enjoys playing with her new westie puppy, Moritz.

Shayna Atkins is a Digital Transformation/Systems Coaching at AtkCo and is driving innovation in workforce development and leaving a seat at the table for women in technology. In her role as a systems and product development expert, she has coached organizations- fortune 100 to startups- in business and process improvement driving a necessary transformation to digital. Her employee experience firm, AtkCo, develops the next generation of thought leaders and tech innovators through innovative product management, systems improvement and design. She is also the CTO of Employee Experience technology startup ExpandHR. Watch out this is not your mama’s payroll company! She can be found on LinkedIn and Instagram @shaynaatkins. 

Katherine Boiciuc is an Associate Director at Maximus International and is recognized as one of Australia’s 29 Inspirational Women making waves in STEM. She is a global leader with extensive experience in the technology and telco industries. Katherine has held senior and influential roles focused on global impact and world technology enablement.

Katherine joined Maximus after 19 years at Telstra where her team, across 20 countries, delivered services such as risk and compliance, strategic execution, CX strategy, and NPS measurement, and digital enablement including deployment of Tableau, Salesforce and Einstein. She has a rich catalogue of blogs and articles on mentoring advice to women in digital, data, STEM and tech leadership roles.

Denisha Jenkins is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Kardia Advisory Group, a niche management consultancy that focuses on cultivating inclusively diverse organizations.

As a purpose driven entrepreneur, trauma informed speaker and IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and access) strategist, Denisha is on a mission to restore humanity within communities-one leader at a time. She has been developing talent, designing leadership programs, and facilitating workshops on anti-racism, implicit bias, intercultural communication and innovation within the education, healthcare, manufacturing, economic development (and now travel and tech) industries for the past 13 years. She holds a masters in Intercultural Relations, Consulting and Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and

Development. Denisha has lived and studied intersectionality and how beliefs impact the systems we create and how we navigate them. Having traveled to over 17 countries, Denisha is deeply invested in hearing, elevating and sharing stories as a way to increase empathy and activate change. She is a 2016 Leadership Austin Alum and serves as the Vice President Board Member for the Institute for Diversity and Civic Life.

While candid discussions on race, gender, ability and religion are challenging, Denisha is known for her uncanny ability to disarm, affirm and equip leaders with the tools they need to identify, understand and transform harmful bias, so they can confidently lead with integrity and �"create spaces where people can thrive.”

Erin Randall is a longtime agile coach with a deep passion for serving people, teams, and organizations, helping them transform from humdrum to remarkable. Through her work with her coaching and consulting practice, Ad Meliora Coaching, she helps her clients to find the pain points, get clear about what they really want, and then reimagine a new way forward. Her goal in all that she does is simple: happy people doing great work.

Erin is an active believer in servant-leadership. She is one of the cofounders of the Agile Coaching Circles, and she co-leads the Agile Austin Coaching Group, so don't be surprised when you bump into her at a meetup or in a Slack channel. Erin writes regularly about all things coaching on her blog, and her particular passion is questions. She is always looking for ways to ask better questions and to help others learn this foundational skill.

She and her husband, Joel, live in glorious Austin, Texas, with their two horribly wonderful dogs, Eleanor and Beatrice. When she isn't vacuuming up dog hair, Erin can be found hiking, drinking way too much tea, or reading. (She reads a LOT.)
