Career Development and Work Life Balance for Women in Ireland

WITI Ireland, an organisation committed to enhancing the skill set and talents of women who work in IT roles or in IT organisations in Ireland, today announced details of its summer event.

The meeting, an interactive discussion forum, will discuss the challenges faced by women who are seeking to manage their careers to meet changing professional and personal goals. The discussion will look at driving positive life balance and career development �" how can women individually and collectively make positive change happen for women working in ICT and other industries ?.

Panelists for the event are; Emily O’Reilly, Ombudsman; Aileen O’Toole, Managing Director, AMAS, Anne Carthy, Director WITI Network Ireland and ITS Business Development Manager, Global Services, IBM Ireland. The session will be facilitated by Kathryn Raleigh, Director, the Irish Software Association.
