Sue Bendavid-Arbiv specializes in employment litigation and counseling, primarily for employers. She assists with hiring and firing practices, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, claims for wrongful termination, and a wide variety of other employment-related matters. She has represented employers before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Employment Development Department, the California Labor Commissioner (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement) and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Ms. Bendavid-Arbiv graduated Cum Laude, with honors in Political Science, in 1987 from California State University, Northridge, where she was a member of the Political Science Honor Society, the Golden Key Honor Society, and the Dean's List. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1990, where she was elected to the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and was a contributor to the International and Comparative Law Journal.

Matt Crowley is a corporate lawyer who works closely with entrepreneurs. Mr. Crowley practiced securities, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions law in San Francisco with Pillsbury Madison & Sutro and Morrison & Foerster from 1993 to 2001, during the height of the dot.com boom. In 2001, Mr. Crowley took a senior management position with a client, Evoke Software, as their first general counsel. After assisting Evoke with positioning itself for sale in 2004, Mr. Crowley joined Technicolor's DVD manufacturing division ($2 billion annual revenue) as their lead lawyer. Mr. Crowley entered solo practice as a business lawyer for entrepreneurs in 2006.

Mr. Crowley received his business degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1990. Mr. Crowley earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1993.
