Ruby Guillen MSW, CIS, responds to severe and fatal child abuse calls derived from hospitals, police, fire/EMT, and private residences in L.A. County. Her extensive experience includes the investigative �"teaming” processes with several thousand personnel from hospitals, mental health, and police officers, with over three thousand child abuse cases. Now, she is investing in researching how to utilize technology and data science to reduce fatal and severe child abuse. Also, she assists organizations to explore and design solutions to produce healthier positive statistical outcomes and increase emergency and social services for field agents and clients that they serve.

Kipenzi Chidinma is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of LINÉIJ™. Ms. Chidinma received her B.S. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles - thenstarted her career as a research scientist - studying DNA sequences and immunoassays. After spending more than ten years in the science field, Kipenzi decided she wanted to pursue another career. She returned to school and earned her M.B.A. in international business, and fashion marketing from Woodbury University.
