Sarika Attal is Sr Director, Enterprise Architecture and Platforms at Papa John’s International. After a decade of leading various Digital Industry Firsts and multiple platform redesigns, she is now leading the EA, DevOps & Commerce Platform teams. In a technologically sophisticated pizza delivery industry where hungry consumers want their pizza fast and hot, she is passionate about her consumers and operators having a fun experience throughout!

Apart from excelling in Technology Leadership, her goals include hiring a chef who would cook gourmet Indian dishes for her. She met her husband during her Engineering labs in college. Now, her family time is ruled by her two young daughters just as dynamic as her and love dancing with her on Bollywood songs.

Sarika started the Women in Tech Initiative at Papa John’s in early 2019. Sarika is passionate about uplifting women in the tech industry and is committed to do her part in the journey to closing the gender gap.

Dr. Sharon Kerrick is Assistant VP Digital Transformation Center at U of L & Department Chair/Faculty at U of L’s College of Human Development. Previous business school Dean of Bellarmine University and Associate Director of the Entrepreneurship Center U of L College of Business (2002-2016). Creator of community program �"VetStart” and named Small Business Administration (SBA) Military Veteran Business Advocate of the Year.
Before academic career, she was one of the founding members of a technology firm for 20 years that grew to employ over 300 full time staff in a 5 state region and provided technology training for 12,000+ students each year.

A past 40 Under 40 Business First recipient she was also named to Business First’s 2017 Hall of Fame. 2017 National Association of Women Business Owners Kentucky Hall of Fame award and in 2018 NAWBO EPIC award. Today’s Woman magazine named her 2018 �"Most Admired Woman in Education” and in 2019 Business First named her Enterprising Woman �"Mentor of the Year”.

Jocelyn Mangan is CEO & Founder, Him For Her.

Jocelyn founded Him For Her, a social impact venture aimed at accelerating diversity on corporate boards. She has over two decades of technology experience building iconic global mobile apps and market-leading software products at some of the world’s best local, consumer, and marketplace companies, including CitySearch, Ticketmaster, OpenTable and Snagajob. Jocelyn currently serves on the boards of Papa John’s International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA), ChowNow, an online food ordering system and marketing platform, and is an advisor to Homebase, a platform to help local businesses manage hourly work. She is a part-time moderator for the Netflix Leadership Program. Jocelyn was honored as a member of the 2016 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute, was a global ambassador for the Vital Voices Global Partnership, and was one of Fast Company’s �"100 Most Creative People in Business” in 2015.

Angela F. Smith currently serves as the Digital Technology Executive Director-Operations and Lifecycle Management, GE Appliances, a Haier Company.

In this role, she is focused on delivering world-class support for the entire GE Appliances DT ecosystem-application and infrastructure. In addition, she oversees Digital Technology Infrastructure strategy and project execution.

Prior to becoming a member of the GE Appliances Team, Angela worked in public and private sectors leading IT initiatives in the areas of software quality and project management. During her twenty-year tenure with GE Appliances, she has held numerous roles with increasing responsibility. Angela is a certified Black Belt, and has extensive experience leading large projects.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University, and an MBA from Bellarmine University.
