Doreen brings over 25 years of IT industry experience. Her background is primarily in the management of large IT development groups for major corporations. As one of the founders and COO of Plan b Solutions, Doreen provides the company with tactical management and expert delivery capability. Her experience in IT management brings an understanding of how to provide our clients with technology-enabled business solutions that focus on meeting corporate goals.

Doreen's prior experience includes:
· Partner, Branch Manager of e-Business Competency center for a large systems integration firm.
· As a Partner, grew Orange County, CA location of a Technology Services firm to 22 consultants and $5m in revenue in first year of operation.
· Director of International Operational Systems for BAX Global, a $350m transportation and logistics provider.
· CIO for Viking Freight with 14 years transportation industry and logistics experience.
· Director of Development for Source2, a semiconductor trading exchange.


Denise Gorman

Denise Gorman is Controller of Edison Capital where her responsibilities include all aspects of Information Technology, Financial Reporting and Planning, and Accounting.

A highly accomplished executive with 22 years of broad-based experience in finance and information technology, Denise has built a solid reputation for implementing process improvements through technology on time and with high customer satisfaction. She has also demonstrated that high quality technological solutions can be achieved through cost-effective management of vendor relationships and creative expense realignment. In her Finance/IT roles Denise has created high impact project teams in a several regulated and non-regulated industries including aerospace, communications, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, engineering services, and financial services


Pamela T. Porter
Assistant General Manager
Los Angeles Department of Water and Power

Porter was appointed in May 2002 to the newly created AGM position to lead customer services. She brings to her position more than 20 years of sales, service, consulting experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to her appointment to the LADWP executive team, Porter was the Global Director of Education and Training Services, Silicon Graphics Inc. (SGI). While at SGI, Porter led the Americas Sales Operations and Technical Sales Team. Porter launched her career in high tech at International Business Machines where she held a variety of management and leadership roles in sales and services.

Already Porter is putting her high-tech experience to good use at the Department. In February, she took on the responsibility of spearheading a major internal business initiative to improve processes and utilize technologies that will enable LADWP employees to work more efficiently and effectively.

Porter is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, and holds a Masters degree from the University of New Orleans. She has been active in community service and business organizations throughout her career, most notably with the Boys and Girls Club, several Chambers of Commerce, as well as a variety of mentoring relationships.

A dynamic individual, Porter says her driving goal is to “integrate the customer element” �" as she puts it- into LADWP’s core mission as seamlessly as water and power service.

Vicki Bilyeu
Quantum
Channel Marketing Manager
Vicki brings over 10 years of IT industry experience. Her background is
in sales, marketing, and training for major corporations. As Channel Marketing
Manager, she develops marketing programs for Quantum's major resellers. Her
experience in IT sales and marketing brings an understanding of the channel
overall, and specifically what the end users are looking for in IT solutions
