Susan B. Parks was the Senior Vice President for
Gateway Computers and was responsible for their
US Markets group. This was a multi-billion dollar
business unit comprised of more than 10,000
employees. She was responsible for the marketing,
sales, service and support team activities
designed to reach the company's core target
segments, which include consumer, small and
medium business (SMB,) government and
education.
Parks joined Gateway in September 2000 as
Senior Vice President of the Gateway
Business division. By leveraging the
Gateway Country stores as local technology
resource centers, Parks was able to lead
Gateway to significant market share growth
in the company's SMB, government and
education markets.

Prior to Gateway, Parks was heading the Business
and Government Solutions division of USWest,
a major communications corporation.
Her division provided integrated voice, data,
video and internet solutions to more than
10,000 business customers.
Revenue exceeded $2.6 billion.
She held several other leadership roles at
USWest, including Vice President of
Voice Products, where Parks drove the group
to its strongest growth with small business clients.

Currently, she is leading, in a volunteer
capacity, The Women's Philanthropy Fund
for the Orange County's United Way.

Jennifer Jackson is Vice President of
Advanced Enterprise Solutions.
Her responsibilities include achieving
revenue and customer service objectives
for the ISP National Market and SBC DataComm.
Additionally Jen leads the market deployment
of SBC's Complex IP, Co-Location, IDC and
Business Systems products and Services.
Prior to joining Pacific Bell,
Jennifer served as an Officer in the
United States Navy.
She holds an undergraduate degree from
the University of Southern California
and has done graduate studies at Smith College.
