Catherine DeLeonardis is the Director IT, Information Security and Client Technology, at Beckman Coulter located in Brea, CA. In this role, Cat is responsible for Beckman Coulter’s Global Information Security Program, serving as the company’s Information Security Officer. Additionally, she leads enterprise-wide Client Technologies including desktop architecture, mobility, messaging, collaboration, and the global service desk. She has headed numerous initiatives, including partnering with the legal group in leading a comprehensive data privacy initiative, as well as implementing a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform.

Cat has 12 years of IT experience where she has lead key initiatives including master data management, SAP implementations and integrations, compliance programs, and information security management. Prior to joining Beckman Coulter, Cat was the Senior Director, Enterprise Systems for Altegrity based in Falls Church, Virginia. Cat successfully deployed the company’s SAP Platform, implemented a case management system for Top Secret Government background investigations, and served as the Information Systems Security Officer for the company’s Government customer.
