Our Moderator, Michelle Bergquist, is the CEO and Co-Founder of CWI - Connected Women of Influence.

Lynn Ryan is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of loanDepot. She joined the Executive Management team in February 2013. Prior to her current role, she was Senior Vice President and CIO of CIT Group Inc. Prior to CIT, she held CIO positions with NovaStar Financial Inc., Ameriquest Capital Corp. (Ameriquest and Argent Mortgage) and Sanwa Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has participated in executive IT and business programs at Harvard University, the University of Colorado and California State University.


Sue-Jean Lin, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Allergan, a multi-specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in Irvine, California. Lin is a senior business leader with over 25 years broad based management experience in both Financial Management and Information Technology. She joined Allergan in 1989 and has held a series of positions, each succeeding position accompanied with growing responsibilities. Prior to joining Allergan, Lin worked for Sierra Pacific Power Company in Nevada and Northrop Grumman Corporation in California. Lin attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree and later, a Master's of Business Administration degree. She is a certified management accountant.



Carol Fawcett, Executive Director for Dell M&A and Chief Information Officer, Dell Software Group. With over three decades of serving in information technology leadership roles, Fawcett is responsible for aligning the Dell Software’s global strategy and business needs with appropriate process and technologies as well as providing leadership to all IT M&A activities across Dell. Fawcett holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems with a minor in computer science.


Guy Thier, Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Arbonne International. Prior to joining Arbonne, Guy spent a decade at Bally Total Fitness where he was responsible for creating and executing Bally’s technology vision. Prior to joining Bally in 2003, Guy worked for Empowered Software Solutions as a management consultant where he served clients including Sears, US Filter, and Jays. The engagements included leading the implementation of store systems, enterprise application integration, supply chain, distribution and logistics, and IT transformation. Prior to joining Empowered, Guy held VP of IT positions at Linc Capital and Chernin’s Shoes. Guy holds a Bachelor degree in computer science from Lewis University

Julie St. John is Chief Information Officer and President of Information Technology Group and Investment Operations for The Capital Group Companies. She joined the executive management team of Capital in 2007. Prior to her current role at Capital, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Fannie Mae.
