Stacey Schneider Sr. Director, Business Processes Innovation & Tech Strategy, Edwards Lifesciences
Stacey Schneider joined Edwards in January 2019. Her department is newly created in Global Finance called, Business Process Innovation and Technology Strategy. Prior to joining Edwards, she was at The Capital Group Companies, overseeing the IT organization in areas of: automation, digital, data management, application development, quality management, project management office, as well as financial management.

She started her career as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting in New York, leading data warehouse and reporting implementations, ERP implementations for Oracle, SAP and Peoplesoft, as well as defining practices for business process re-engineering.

She grew up in New Jersey with her sister and spent time in New York, where her parents were born and raised. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of Business, majoring in International Economics and IT. She received her Masters of Business Administration from Boston University, focusing on Entrepreneurship.

She is heavily involved with non-profit causes and giving back to the community. Her passions include ending homelessness and curing cancer. She sits on the Board of the American Liver Foundation and is former Board Chair for Grandma’s House of Hope. She also volunteers at local food pantry’s, mentors IT professionals and loves spending time with her sister and friends, as well as reading, hiking and traveling for hobbies.


Rick White, Sr Vice President Enterprise Data, Capital Group
Rick White is Senior Vice President responsible for Enterprise Integration, Data Engineering and Automation (IDEA for short) at Capital Group in Irvine, CA, a role which includes Big Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, API management, Robotic Process Automation, DataOps and Data Quality. His twenty plus year career spanning various disciplines of software architecture, development and operations has focused primarily on data and automation technologies and services. At Capital Group, he has been the technical lead for numerous strategic projects, examples of which include the integration of Aladdin for Fixed Income portfolio construction, analytics, compliance and trading and the implementation of CG’s first data lake and cloud-based data warehouse. Previously, as VP of Product Management at the SaaS startup InstaMed, he developed a deep interest in areas such as cloud, open source, machine learning and alternative database technologies. He currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife Shelley and their two boys amidst a sprawling assortment of homebrewing equipment (only loosely tolerated by aforementioned significant other).


Kathleen Delaney, Chief Marketing Officer, Kofax
As Kofax CMO, Kathleen Delaney is responsible for all global marketing functions including product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, social media, marketing operations, events, and public and analyst relations. Prior to joining Kofax, she served as CMO at HireRight, a global provider of employment background checks, drug testing, education verification, and related solutions via a digital platform. Kathleen was also CMO for Vistage Worldwide, a global membership organization serving business leaders. She has held executive level marketing roles at a number of major companies in the financial and risk management industry , including Aon Risk Solutions, LexisNexis, and Dow Jones and Company. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Econometrics and French at Rutgers University. She also holds an MBA in Finance/International Business from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.

Bryan Lamb, Founder/CTO, WhatIsRpa.com
Bryan has over 20 years of technical leadership and implementation experience, stemming from a variety of SQA and software development roles at companies such as Apple, Macromedia, Yahoo, and Pacific Life, plus several smaller private companies. His diverse work experiences have resulted in powerful visioning skills and a unique ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders. Bryan is also the founder/CTO of WhatIsRPA.com, where he provides RPA training courses to over 100K students globally, helping companies & employees adapt and thrive in an increasingly automated business landscape.

Stephen Booze, VP Digital Innovation, Solugenix Corporation
Engaging, enterprising executive with 20 years of experience in building and scaling technology-based firms. Known for gaining and maintaining the trust and support of commercial investors, boards, and C-level teams by producing data-driven results through revenue and product strategy. Successful track record of establishing, staffing, and managing U.S-based and international organizations and award-winning operational units from the ground up. Extensive experience utilizing business process improvement, cutting-edge technology, and situational leadership to solve complex business challenges.
