WITI Orange County is excited to host our Annual CXO Mentoring Circles event. Erika Voss has been in the Security Field for 22 years; starting in physical security and now making an impact in Information/Cyber Security. Erika has devoted her career to helping change the field of security by starting with education, awareness, and training one person at a time. The phrase of �"eating the elephant one bite at a time, is really about understanding how to EAT - Education, Awareness, and Training.” She has served in various roles of program manager, Director, Senior, Director, CISO, and most recently a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), embedding yourself in with the business, at Salesforce.

Erika is a published author, with her doctor thesis, Cybersecurity: Recognizing Early Warning Signs of the Insider Threat, publishing in April 2021. Additional, Erika serves on three boards including Infragard Evergreen (Seattle) Chapter as Vice President, HTCIA Seattle Chapter, 2nd Vice President, and the Education Advisory Board for IAPP.

In addition to her professional work, Erika enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, snow-skiing, wine-tasting, IPA tasting, and her grandson!

Cindy McKenzie is Chief Information Officer for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group where she is responsible for IT strategy and planning, development, implementation and maintenance of technology-related functions and services for Deluxe Entertainment Services globally. Under her tenure, previously siloed IT and Security functions were centralized globally to better support Deluxe’s digital transformation, to improve service delivery and to support global workshare. She has over 20 years’ experience in IT leadership roles across multiple industries including Media and Entertainment, Engineering and Construction and Financial Services.

Cindy is on the board of directors STEM Advantage, which is a non-profit which provides scholarships, internships and mentors to women and underserved communities in STEM related majors as well she is on the boards of the Southern California Chapter of the Society for Information Management and the SIM Foundation. Cynthia was honored in 2012 as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders and in 2018 she won the Advanced Imaging Society’s Technology Leadership Award, the Women in Technology Hollywood Leadership Award and the SIM STEM Most Inspiring Leader.

Lisa Davis is Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Blue Shield of California, a tax-paying nonprofit health plan with over $20B in annual revenue serving more than 4M members in the state’s commercial, individual and government markets. She is an innovative global business and IT executive with extensive cross-industry experience, focused on digital transformation and enterprise-wide modernization strategies to optimize business performance and operational efficiencies.

She is a proven IT leader driven by excellence and a deep understanding of the complexities and interdependencies of technology and business. Davis’ dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking leadership will contribute to Blue Shield of California’s bold mission and ambitious five-year plan to create a healthcare system worthy of family and friends. Her extensive experience and passion for building strong, collaborative partnerships will leverage Blue Shield of California’s existing state-of-the-art technology foundation to improve member, provider and the employee experience.

Davis most recently served as Vice President and General Manager for Intel Corporation where she led their data center business and digital transformation strategies, developing solutions to simplify the adoption of modern technologies for customers. She is a three-time CIO and has led four technology transformations over the course of her 30-year career in technology. Prior to Intel, Davis served as CIO at Georgetown University, and held a variety of technology leadership roles in her 26year career in the Federal Government. As a member of the Senior Executive Service, she was the CIO of the U.S. Marshals Service in the Department of Justice as well as CIO of the Counterintelligence Field Activity in the Department of Defense.

Throughout her 30-year career in technology, Davis has been a champion for women in technology and leadership – channeling that passion into leading professional development initiatives for women. She has received numerous awards in recognition of her contributions to the technology field, including the Top 100 Social CIO Award, CIO 100 Award from CIO Magazine and the Digital Edge 25 Award for innovative use of technology to deliver business value. Davis is a highly requested keynote speaker, thought leader and social media influencer.

Davis holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. She also has CISSP, 2003 and TS/SCI U.S. security clearance.

Cofounder, Dreamhaven. During her two-decade career in the gaming industry, Amy Morhaime has held leadership roles at multiple companies including Blizzard Entertainment and Vivendi Games. She has worked on some of the industry’s biggest franchises, including StarCraft II, Heroes of the Storm, and World of Warcraft, and she was also the head of Blizzard’s Global Esports team where she led teams in South Korea, China, Europe, and North America. Amy is passionate about building & fostering communities, which led her to co-found a new gaming company, Dreamhaven. She believes that games bring together an exceptional community of creators, competitors, and players who connect across geographies, languages, and beliefs, to accomplish amazing feats and be a part of something much larger. Amy is also active with multiple philanthropic organizations, including as a board member of Games for Change and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

Laura Thompson is a visionary leader and innovator with multi-faceted executive-level experience in payments, enterprise risk management, data analytics, and technology who thrives in building alignment between technology and business units within her organization.

Formerly, as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Orange County's Credit Union, Thompson oversaw the strategic initiatives in analytics, project management, digital technology, software engineering, and technology infrastructure. With over 30 years invested into the Credit Union, Thompson made significant contributions to the digital transformation of the organization to exceed the needs of Members and Associates.

Having spent nearly her entire career within the Credit Union sector, Thompson held a number of positions in a variety of capacities and developed an affinity for the Credit Union culture. Her genuine advocacy for the Credit Union Members has translated into delivering state-of-the-art banking solutions and technologies to the community in which she serves.

Thompson earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School. Additionally, Thompson served as a member of the CO-OP Financial Services Experience Council and on the Kony Digital Banking Advisory Board.
