Lauren Tucker

Lauren Tucker has more than 14 years proven excellence in global business development and management based in both the US and as an expatriate in the UK. To date, her work has yielded growth revenues in excess of $100mil and has spanned more than 30 countries primarily in Europe and the Middle East.

Lauren’s vast experience includes the successful start-up and expansion of the EMEA division of a US manufacturing company where she was responsible for strategic planning and implementation, recruiting, management and aggressive revenue growth. Also experienced in global distribution, Lauren has effectively managed the service and delivery of high visibility, mission critical projects for US multinational companies such as Intel, Cisco, MBNA, Adobe, and DHL.

With her unique three phase approach to expansion, Lauren works closely with her clients to ensure they are fully prepared and supported throughout each key phase of growth planning and execution. From start-up to Fortune 500, Lauren’s application of global business practices and intercultural sensitivity enable her to adapt this innovative strategy to the specific needs of her clients.

Lauren earned her MBA from Brunel University (Uxbridge, England) with a focus in Entrepreneurialship and Management for the Future. Aligned with her life's work, Lauren's graduate dissertation is entitled, “Ethnocentric or Ethnorelative: Exploring the Globalization Practices of American Multinational Corporations" and she received her BA cum laude from Miami University (Ohio, USA).

Robyn Huber

Robyn Huber recently joined the Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) team, as Manager of Business Development, serving Tampa Bay, Florida & Nation as the Subject Matter Specialist for Security and Life Safety in addition to representing a broad range of technology products and services for the other MCS core lines of business. (Information Technology, Telecommunications, Technology Infrastructure & Specialty Contracting, Audio Visual Solutions, and Building Automation.)

Specializing in business development, sales and marketing, Robyn has represented local, national and worldwide organization for over a decade leveraging Information Technology to assist organizations with achieving their strategic vision and addressing their IT business needs. Robyn’s areas of expertise relate to traditional and emerging technologies, gaining her experience working in a variety of roles for industry leading corporations such as AT&T, Sprint, Bright House and Stram Electronics.

Born and raised in Chicago, Robyn has called Tampa home for the past 30 years. She has served as the President for the 1Voice Foundation, Regional Director for WITI (Women in Technology), hosted over 55 local non-profit foundation events and currently as a graduate of the Leadership Tampa program, serves as class ambassador for the Leadership Tampa Alumni; Class of 2011 & Class of 2006. Robyn has also sat on the advisory boards of the Luxury Marketing Council, CRAVE and Easy Living with Technology. Recently, Robyn was named the National Outreach Instructor of the Year with CEDIA.

Brooke Doucha

Always curious and dedicated to approaching "normal" topics with new angles, Brooke Doucha has led communication programs in the timeshare industry for nearly 10 years. She joined the Vacation Innovations team in February as Director, Communications and Brand Strategy for their VacationOwnership.com, SMTN.com and ResortRentals.com consumer brands. Here, she will be creating opportunities to elevate the conversations about - and consumer engagement within - the secondary timeshare marketplace through internal and external communications.

Brooke worked on the timeshare developer side for nine years as Director of Corporate Communications for Orange Lake Resorts, home to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand, where she headed up their public relations, social media, crisis communications, internal and corporate communications programs.

Brooke is passionate about working with other curious creatives who aren't afraid to take risks in their approach - and inspiring self-proclaimed non-creatives to transform their thinking. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Rollins College and graduate degree in Literature from the University of Central Florida.

Brooke's an active member of the Public Relations Society of America - Orlando Chapter. In 2012, she received the Gold ARDA Award for "Communications / Public Relations Professional."
