I have proven strategic leadership in delivering Technology needs and building Business Relationships to enable the organizations Strategy, Innovation and Change to the industry. These leadership roles have provided me with extensive experience in Business Relationship, Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Technology.
For most of my career, I have had the fortune of being part of new strategic business growth including new openings/launches, new lines of business, business transformation, while leading with the spirit of an entrepreneur to realize the organizations vision and goals. From launching a new cruise line or a theme park segment, to the launch of new reservation systems, hospitality and entertainment systems, to deployment of human resource and financial systems, to the online digital platforms providing online presence and ecommerce sites. I have worked for great companies throughout the last 20+ year, including the launch of the Travel System for System One (now known as Amadeus), leading the redesign and testing of the air, tour and cruise reservation system for Royal Caribbean Cruise line, part of the opening team and managing the implementation of the Shoreside systems for Disney Cruise Line, implementing the Hospitality and CRM systems for Centex Hospitality Resort, to launching the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resorts, which included a complete new POS roll out and Gift Card program.
I joined Darden in 2011 and had the privilege to work on the To Go Online Ordering Pilot, e-Gift Card launch, sourcing for the Technology Platform initiative, launch of our Technology Innovation team and Pilots, delivery of the CRM solutions just to name a few. Part of my responsibility include leading the Business Relationship and Business Process team, and the Technology Innovation team. This includes from owning the relationships with the Brand Operations and Brand Sales & Marketing and their business strategy, driving the requirements and business and operational processes, supporting the delivery and deployment of technology solutions including leading the vision and change management around Innovation and business solutions and ensuring sustainment of the business needs. I have had the privilege of being a recipient Darden's highest recognition, the Darden Brilliance Award twice, once in 2013 and the most current in 2015.
