Janelle S Carter, SVP; Program Management Executive | Technology Infrastructure- Cloud and Advanced Technologies
Janelle S Carter is the Program Delivery Executive for Cloud and Network Technologies, which consist of 18 programs, over $200M budget, and 50 program and project managers. In her role, she is accountable for leading the strategy, design, and service transition of future-state cloud and network products and services. Janelle translates product and service lifecycle framework into actionable tasks and facilitates on-time and budget delivery of the organization 5 year strategy with governance and control.

Janelle joined Bank of America in 1999 performing various operational roles within the accounting, application development, and exception processing areas of the consumer organization. She has also managed merger related work on the Consumer Transition team for Bank of America in a lead role building out the ATM and Card exceptions and claims operations designing the process and technology to support this capability.

Janelle is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Management from Devry University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Devry University, and Master of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She received her Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certification at Bank of America through various operational process improvements. Janelle is a member and competitive volleyball coach for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), owner of non-profit Play Right Volleyball in Goodyear, and a trained tri-athlete.

Tishya Poteet, Head of Enterprise API Lifecycle Management, Wells Fargo
Tishya Poteet is a thoughtful, innovative, and strategic Product and Technology Leader with 23 years of experience. Currently, Tishya is the VP of Product Development at APiO, a fintech startup offering innovative technology solutions that broaden the financial options available to small- and medium-sized businesses. In this position, Tishya leads the product development for the SaaS and digital-based solutions across five product lines. Her daily schedule may include meeting with other Product Managers for updates and backlog prioritization, checking in on engineering teams, performing market and competitor analysis, updating product roadmaps, consulting with the Sales team, and briefing the CEO.

Prior to Tishya's role at APiO, she was a Sr. Technology Manager, VP, at Wells Fargo where she managed 70+ technology professionals across 13 onshore and offshore locations for Wells Fargo's Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation group. Tishya was responsible for leading development for key product initiatives that included fraud detection, creditworthiness evaluation and provisioning for WF's product offerings. In this role, Tishya was recognized with various service awards for management excellence and team performance including turning around an under-performing team into the team with the least production defects within PVSI.

Tishya believes her passion for coaching and empowering others has been the key to her professional growth. She truly enjoys the people, the innovation, the technology & the challenge of it all. She likes to quip that she's uniquely skilled at seeing through the fog, cutting to the chase, and successfully juggling multiple balls in the air.

When Tishya's not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and son, Connor. They enjoy hiking, watching a good series (the Mandalorian is their current favorite!), swimming and cheering on the ASU Sun Devils in just about any sport.

Lana L. Webb is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience. Her current role is that of Director, Technology Risk for Union Bank in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, Lana is responsible for managing and mitigating risks identified by second or third lines of defense within the bank or by any external regulator.

In Lana's previous roles, at Western Alliance Bank, she was most recently Director of Enterprise Data Management, ensuring all data in the bank was accurately and appropriately used. In her first two years at the bank, she was Director IT Governance, Application Development, Quality and Access Management, working with all internal business partners on strategic initiatives and leading the partnership with both internal and external audit.

Prior to that, she was Senior Technology Initiatives Leader for GE Capital; a role she held since 2014. At that time, she was responsible for analyzing technology contracts for divestiture activity, process simplification, coaching and mentoring teams and ensuring compliance. In prior roles at GE Capital she has been the CIO of the Franchise Finance P&L, Process and initiatives Leader on the infrastructure team, and a Senior Systems Analyst at NBC. In life prior to GE, Lana held positions in an array of businesses from start-ups to software vendors.

In addition to her formal responsibilities Lana coaches process simplification, ITIL, Agile, is the Co-President of Ellevate Phoenix, and is on the WITI advisory board for the Phoenix region.

Lana earned her bachelor's degree for Business from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho.

Rong Wang, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Tiempo Development
With engineering and science training, Rong began her career in product development and project management. After business school, she has taken increasing responsibilities in finance, corporate development, investor relation, marketing, and general management roles in global companies, from Fortune 500 to VC/PE backed, pre-IPO firms. She successfully led a global medical device company through exit from VC via strategic acquisition, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tiempo Development, a prestigious nearshore software/technology service company backed by investors.

Rong believes in collaborative, objective, and inspiring leadership style, and always steps up to guide cross functional teams through difficult circumstances. She enjoys bringing people together from different background, culture, and languages for unified causes. She also brings highly polished professionalism and transparency into board management and general corporate governance. In addition, Rong is highly energetic, curious, and relentless in learning and improving.

Rong holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering, and an MBA from University of Michigan Ross Business School. She is a CFA Charter holder and a Certified Management Accountant. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, learning new languages, and volunteers in organizations that promote women's leadership.
