Through her various positions as senior vice president of sales and marketing, senior vice president/global accounts, and senior vice president/U.S. operations, Ms. Frankovitch was central to driving and expanding global business operations and driving sales/revenue for two multimillion dollar corporations. In the realm of outsourcing she was instrumental in guiding GE’s success implementing global directives to reduce costs and drive bottom-line savings via offshore initiatives:
· Led $60M sales effort spanning 27 of GE’s 36 business units across five countries
· Landed $40M contract with GE ERC, iGATE’s largest outsourcing contract
· Negotiated $30M equity investment with GE Capital
· Developed joint-venture offshore development centers for three GE business units
Carolyn Butler is currently an Area Vice President of Outsourcing Management for Eclipsys Corporation, a healthcare solutions and services organization. For many years, Ms. Butler served as an interim account manager responsible for starting-up new outsourcing accounts and strengthening existing outsourcing accounts in jeopardy of being terminated. Frequently the key to her success was making the correct decisions on staff restructuring, recruitment, training and development. Ms. Butler has worked in information technology for over 25 years and her diverse background includes experience in higher education administration and teaching, information client services, product development, outsourcing services, and as a healthcare Chief Information Officer.

-Pittsburgh International Airport (Parkway West)
Leaving the airport, follow signs to the PA-60 Pittsburgh/I-79/PA Turnpike East ramp and merge onto PA-60 South. Note that the road becomes US 22 East. Continue onward for about 10 miles, following signs for 279 North Downtown Pittsburgh, and proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Exiting the tunnel, merge into the far left-hand lane of the Fort Pitt Bridge and follow signs for 279 North/North Shore. Once on the Fort Duquesne Bridge, follow signs for exit 7B Ohio River Boulevard, and exit to the right at the North 65/19 Chateau Street detour. Proceed on Chateau Street for approximately nine blocks. Bear left under the overpass (watch for the traffic signal under the bridge), then continue left onto Beaver Avenue. Merge into the right-hand lanes and travel approximately four blocks, following signs for the North Shore. The Cardello Building is straight ahead, to your right. Drive past the building, then make an immediate right-hand turn onto North Point Drive. The parking lot is to your left.

Follow signs to the North Shore. Once on the Fort Duquesne Bridge, follow signs for exit 7B Ohio River Boulevard, and exit to the right at the North 65/19 Chateau Street detour. Take the Beaver Avenue exit, and proceed approximately eight blocks. The Cardello Building is straight ahead, to your right. Drive past the building, then make an immediate right-hand turn onto North Point Drive. The parking lot is to your left.
Inside the Building
From the North Point Drive parking lot, enter the building's main entrance, and follow signs to the south lobby. Take the south elevator to the restaurant on the second floor
