Awareness is the first step, but how do you know what to do and who is best positioned to do something about what is being said in the blogosphere? Beyond Social Media Monitoring is Enterprise Relationship Intelligence. Joe Davy, CEO of EvoApp, has started a company that addresses the challenges of awareness and helps businesses act upon the information gathered for improved ROI and map out a cohesive business response strategy.
Joe's company, EvoApp, is the first ever relationship-intelligence engine, helping companies understand the conversations that are happening with their customers in Social Media. EvoApp's software provides a collaboration portal so that businesses can engage customers and measure the health of those business relationships.

Joe Davy is a serial entrepreneur in Durham, NC whose expertise includes artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, social media, and business communication. Joe founded his first company, Axis, in 2003, and graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in 2007. Since then, he has worked in R&D at IBM, has founded and sold an IT consulting company, and founded his third company, EvoApp. Joe has recently been featured in a December Raleigh News and Observer article, and in January he was featured on NPR's "The State of Things."
