Carol Flack is a Vice-President with Dell's Global Operations team and site leader for Dell's operations in North Carolina. Dell's NC operations include approximately 1,800 team members, four sites, and span Dell's business including software development, customer service, IT data center, engineering labs, manufacturing, and sales. Carol is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Tech Association, a member of the board of the NC Chamber of Commerce and is responsible for developing relationships with the government, business, and universities in North Carolina.

Carol is an experienced global executive in the technology sector with a track record of driving transformation. Carol is passionate about delivering superior business results through strong leadership and spends considerable time on mentoring and development activities for her teams. Carol supported the NC Chamber of Commerce in launching their first women's conference in 2016 and growing it over the past three years to be one of the main professional events for women leaders in North Carolina.

Camille Spruill was born and raised on the island of Jamaica, where her love for technology began with continuing education classes, at the University of Technology Jamaica. She pursued her passion by studying Computer Programming and Computer Information Systems here in the US. She obtained an Associates in Applied Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree respectively.

With over 18 years as a Technologist and a stellar career, she started her own company and is now the CEO of ezTagile LLC, an Agile Solutions delivery firm located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Camille is an Agile Practitioner, Trainer and Coach. She specializes in guiding organizations and teams, to transform from a traditional (waterfall) product delivery way of working, to an Agile method, to get high quality products to market faster.

She is a Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC4®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SSM®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP®), IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®)

Camille is very active in her local community, regularly speaking at conferences, professional user groups and communities of practice. She is an active member of the planning team for the TriAgile Conference. She is a leader of the local Scaled Agile Framework NC and Atlassian RTP user groups. She served on the Board of Directors for the IIBA-RTP's chapter, for 5 years as the VP of Education. She also served as the 2016 and 2017 Director for NCPMI's Premier Annual Conference. Her work in the community also extends as a regular Agile guest speaker to project management students, at NC State and Duke University.

Camille recently joined the Women in Technology International (WITI) team, as the Network Director for the Research Triangle Park region, (WITI-RTP).

Camille enjoys going to the beach, travelling to new places and watching movies with her husband and three wonderful boys.

David Gentry is president of Lean-Agile Advisers, LLC. He has extensive product development experience in banking and entrepreneurship. He is Director of Programs Operations for the North Carolina Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and he is a facilitator in the Agile Leadership Network of Raleigh Durham. He has spoken on project management topics to MBA classes and to a Satellite Meeting of the North Carolina Chapter of PMI. He has presented a webinar to global project managers for a large technology company. David is passionately committed to improving the project management profession.

Recently, David launched his own Lean-Agile consulting firm, Lean-Agile Advisers, LLC. His areas of focus are (1) developing high performance teams using the Core Protocols for psychological safety and (2) general Lean-Agile topics, such as Agile transformations and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Using project management methodology, David started two other companies, a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificated air charter company and a website development firm.

For twenty years, David was a product/project manager for nationwide, regional, and small banks. In a five-year project as a Senior Vice President, he started a Corporate Product Management Department for a regional bank. Hiring six senior product/project managers, he produced new products required to make the bank competitive in the business banking market. David has spoken at national and international conferences, and he has made many presentations to executive management. He has taught communications courses at the college level.

David has a master's degree in English and American literature as well as a number of business administration college-level courses.

Host: Sheila Phinazee serves as President of the NC Chapter of Dell's Women in Action employee resource group. Sheila is the proud recipient of the 2018 Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award and volunteers with Girls Who Code, Inc. She has provided technical content and business analytics for energy, manufacturing, and high tech firms in the NC Research Triangle Park area including Cisco, Sensus, and Applied Research Associates. Sheila currently works at Dell as a senior technical content developer for data protection and cloud solutions.
