During this event local senior leaders will share their insights and vision of today and tomorrow, as well as the technology and legislation that could impact your business. Also, hear about their career, interests and what it takes to be a leader in an organization.

Jean Ellefson
Vice President Governance Operations & Chief of Staff, Research & Product Development, Xerox

Jean Ellefson is a passionate business executive successful in scaling business, including the transformation of teams, processes and tools. Jean joined Xerox in 1994 and has held several positions over the years in the US and abroad. Currently as the Vice President Governance Operations & Chief of Staff, Research & Product Development, Jean drives processes in the Research and Product Development Space, including the phase gate product development cycle, security requirements and implementation, research and development engineering prioritization, communications, governance and employee engagement.

Jean began her career at Xerox as a contractor working in the software test capacity, worked her way into several management positions in the US and abroad, including 2009 to 2014 when Jean served as Xerox Global Program Manager in India. Upon her return she became VP and Director of Newfield IT, a Xerox company, until her promotion to her current role. Jean thrives on challenge in multiple functional areas: product development, software development, processes, strategy, marketing, service delivery, pre-sales, research, supply chain, engineering.

After earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St Louis, Jean went on to get her Masters from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Management and Engineering.

Alisia Genzler
Executive Vice President of Southeast, Randstad Technologies

Alisia Genzler holds the position of Executive Vice President of Southeast and is responsible for the success of 21 branch offices located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this role, she served as the Regional Vice President of the Northeast for Technisource - holding that position since 2007.

Alisia started her career with SFN Group as an Account Executive and was promoted into a regional management position in 2006 due to her hard work, leadership, and dedication. She moved over to Technisource in 2007 after the firm was acquired by SFN Group in 2007. Offices under her leadership have excelled; repeatedly winning quarterly and annual production awards. Alisia has garnered the Pinnacle Award, the SFN Group's highest performance recognition award.

Alisia graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services.

Kristen Seversky
Senior Web Developer, Pharos Systems

Kristen Seversky is an energetic technology enthusiast with a Bachelors and Masters degree from RIT! She is a senior web developer at Pharos Systems by day, a freelance developer by night, and the chapter founder and co-leader of Girl Develop It - Rochester, NY. She is a passionate problem solver and an easily-excited people person who thoroughly enjoys shaking up the expectations within the tech realm!

Julie Myers
Co-Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO), University of Rochester

Julie Myers is the Co-Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the University of Rochester. Julie's team is responsible for the strategy for major systems implementations, University reporting and analytics, the Project Management Office and Enterprise Applications Governance. In addition, Julie co-chairs the newly formed Data Governance program for the University.

Prior to her role as Co-Deputy CIO, Julie was the Associate CIO of Enterprise Applications and she also served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the University of Rochester, with primary focus on technology, policy, education, compliance, and authentication services.

Julie joined the University of Rochester in 2006, and has 33 years of experience in information technology in a wide variety of roles. Julie's most recent position prior to joining the University was as the Global IT Director for Architecture, Security and Planning for Eastman Kodak Company. In this position, Julie was responsible for a global information security team assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, HIPAA, security policy and compliance, risk management and mitigation and information security awareness. Also included in her responsibilities was management of the global solutions architecture team, process re-engineering team, and IT governance and planning teams.

Julie earned an Executive M.B.A. from the Simon School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany. Julie is a member of various local and national IT centric committees and user groups.
