Marti Evans, Founder of Leap Dialogues An innovative technology executive grounded as an Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence thought leader. Marti has worked for Fortune 50 technology companies including IBM, Microsoft and SAP leading large scale strategic business transformation pursuits and overseeing their successful implementation. Managing sales teams, cross-functional pursuit teams, delivery teams and client relationships at all levels, she has been noted for her authentic leadership, business acumen and deep relationships. Her work has taken her from the C-Suites of North America to operational sites in the US, Canada, Chile, Mongolia and more.

As an Executive & Sales Performance Coach, she brings tools, methodologies and human performance understanding to help women who are coming up the ranks bring their A-Game to work each day and reach their highest level of performance in sales.

Doreen Marchetti

Doreen Marchetti is currently a Fractional Sales Executive advising several companies on their channel sales GTM program. Doreen has built a sales consultancy practice, led sales teams and recruited new partnerships to extend the ecosystem of solutions and value to clients.

Doreen has spent 40 years in the IT industry, most notable at IBM where she built high performing teams and helped an extensive list of Ecosystem Partners exceed growth expectations. Sales, marketing, business development and channel management roles brought her to 44 countries managing over 100 employees, traversing 11 business units. Her drive and commitment to excellence has enabled her to mentor senior-level professionals that continue to achieve incredible results in their chosen professions.

For the past two+ years, Doreen Marchetti was the VP of Channel Sales at Global Knowledge, a Skillsoft Company that provides professional development and IT training. In her role she inspired a team of talented channel sales managers, sales development representatives and customer success managers delivering double digit growth through the pandemic and acquisition by a public company.

Doreen has been a board member, a start-up advisor and CSR consultant. When not inspiring others to follow their dreams and achieve success, Doreen spends time with her husband and two grown sons, - both of whom are sales professionals in NYC. Doreen cares for her mom stricken with Parkinson’s and Dementia, and walks their rescue dog named Tanger.
