WITI is pleased to present its signature Entrepreneur educational series, the eSeries. The eSeries is designed for early stage, emerging growth information technology and life sciences companies that range from corporation formation to early rounds of mezzanine financing.
Eddie Wang Rodriguez of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. is the main instructor for the 5 part course. Additionally, each session brings guest speakers and industry experts to share their knowledge base and expertise on the pertinent topic being addressed.

Bio of Eddie Wang Rodriguez:
Eddie Rodriguez is a member in the Mintz Levin San Diego office, where
he practices in the Business and Finance Section. His practice is
focused on a full range of corporate and securities matters, including
corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing,
technology licensing, and general business counseling for both public
and private companies. He has extensive experience with counseling
public and private companies in the life science, telecommunications,
software, hardware, e-commerce and information technology industries in
a broad range of transactional matters.
