Susan Penn has more than 13 years of Executive Human Resources Leadership experience. Most recently, she was the VP of Human Resources for Charlotte Russe and led the acquisition of over 90% of the Management and Executive teams. She has led people and business initiatives through end-to-end Human Capital Management in an organization that grew from a small, private company to a publicly traded, 11,000 employee based brand. Susan earned her Masters in Psychology and prior to joining her previous company worked for 8 years in a private practice setting providing counseling and mediation services to individuals, couples and groups. She recently received certification in “Principles of Authentic Leadership” and is seeking an HR Business Leader opportunity in San Diego.
