As part of our 2018 focus on Diversity and Inclusion, Iterable has partnered with WITI, Randstad Technologies and Zillow Group to celebrate women in leadership roles. This event will focus on how to grow your career and achieve your own professional goals. Our panelists will share how they've climbed the ladder and provide advice on how to seek out mentorship from others in your community.

Moderator: Aldona Clottey, VP of Premier Agent Platform - Zillow Group
Aldona Clottey is Vice President of Zillow Group's Premier Agent Platform, leading a product and engineering team focused on building mobile and desktop apps to help real estate professionals successfully manage their businesses. Aldona started her career as a mechanical engineer designing for jet engines at Pratt & Whitney. Since then she has held product roles at Trulia, Amazon and Siebel Systems. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and MBA from the Wharton School. Aldona currently serves on the board of the Bay Area Children's Theatre. On weekends, she focuses on how she can mold her two young daughters into women who build.

Susan Hollingshead, Chief People Officer - Vendini
Susan is the Chief People Officer at Vendini. Prior to joining Vendini, Susan was responsible for human resources including talent acquisition, organization development and fleet management at insured risk services at Sungevity. Susan is passionate about cultivating mission driven cultures that empower employees and support successful company development and outstanding customer experience. Susan was also a founder of Working for Good which supported businesses engaged in social enterprise through Cause Alliance Marketing programs. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology from Mount Holyoke College

Allie Morse, Head of Expansion - Postmates
Allie is the Director of Expansion at Postmates, leading growth in the company's US and international launch markets. She was previously Head of Business Development at Bento for Business, and is the Founder and former CEO of Jumia House in West Africa, a real estate classifieds backed by Rocket Internet and Africa's first unicorn. She has lived in Sierra Leone, Singapore, Nigeria and San Francisco, and competes in triathlons in her spare time.

Talia Goldberg, Principal in the San Francisco Office - BVP (Bessemer Venture Partners)
Talia Goldberg joined Bessemer in 2013 and is a Principal in the San Francisco office where she leads investments in consumer and software businesses at the venture and growth stages. Talia is particularly interested in marketplaces, b2b2c and vertical software, financial services, and networked communities. Talia is involved in the firm's investments in ServiceTitan, Toss, Shippo, Pinterest, Raise, Collective Medical Technologies, and Vidyard among others. She also serves as a Board Observer for many of these companies. Talia's contributions to Bessemer and the startup ecosystem earned her a slot in Forbes' 30 under 30: Venture Capital in 2018.

Siv Lam, Chief of Staff - Eaze
Siv Lam is the Chief of Staff at Eaze, an online marketplace and technology platform that helps provide legal access to cannabis through safe and convenient delivery. Siv recruited for several companies in the adtech space prior to joining Eaze as their first recruiter, after which she took on broader responsibilities -- first as head of HR, then in her current role. As Chief of Staff, she works closely with Eaze's CEO to keep special projects running on time and also oversees staffing efforts.
