Misha Vaughan, Vice President of User Experience, Intercontinental Exchange

Misha comes to us with 20 years of experience in user experience, ranging from enterprise software to mobile design to web sites. She's helped guide multiple design organizations through transformation and developing new ways of working; whether it's understanding how machine learning can best be used in a user interface, developing a leap ahead vision for a product, shepherding an established market leading product through a non-disruptive design refresh, or integrating acquired software into a design ecosystem. She loves making products simple, intuitive, and integrated.

Originally from Austin, Texas, she went to graduate school in the Midwest, and now she and her family live in Fremont, California. Her hobbies include tech gadgets (ask her about the HeartMath sensor she loves), drinking other people's wine, making plans to exercise, avidly reading, and two teenage daughters, because -- let's get real -- that's a whole other job. Her husband and cat have retreated to the study.
