At this interactive workshop you will create a personal mission statement that will lead to a career statement. Sharon will walk you through practical information that you can use to better your current work situation or expand your thoughts about your own career. What Sharon will lead you through applies to all women - those re-entering the job market, those that have jobs and those that are looking for jobs.
Please take advantage of the Mercury News Career Fair preceeding the WITI event (11am to 6pm) if you are an active job seeker or just interested in checking out what companies are hiring in the Valley.
Stop by the WITI booth at the preceding career fair in Hall D to enter a raffle to win gas cards and other prizes.

Sharon Strauss is the principal of Sharon Strauss & Associates; an independent company providing executive coaching and leadership advisory services to companies and individuals. Sharon has over 25 years of experience in the field of account development, consulting, and managing projects. Her experience includes several leadership positions in Marketing Management, Technology Sales, as well as Training/Organizational Development. Throughout her career, Sharon’s focus has been to assist clients in implementing their visions by providing a wide range of services including Facilitation, Resource Planning and Recruiting, and Professional Coaching.
