Wendy Wallbridge, principal of On Your Mark Corporate Coaching & Consulting, Inc. is a pioneer in the coaching field. Recognized for her groundbreaking coaching techniques she has been interviewed by members of the print media including Fortune Magazine, the San Francisco Chronicle and the New York Times. In 1993 Wendy founded On Your Mark Corporate Coaching when she saw the need for individuals to do work that was both meaningful to them and met the changing needs in the marketplace.

Wendy offers inspiring keynotes for such organizations as UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Professional Business Women's Conference (PBWC), The Commonwealth Club, and Women In Technology International. Wendy is on the Executive Advisory Board for TEDxMarin and the Producer of TEDxSandHillRdWomen. Her forthcoming book, Spiral Up! A Woman’s Path for Leading Life with Power and Grace is based on the Spiral Up! principles she has presented for the past decade to groups of women entrepreneurs, middle managers, individual contributors, and executives.

Mindy Powers, Business Markets Sales Vice President �" West Region, CenturyLink, is widely considered an industry veteran, bringing more than 25 years of telecommunications industry experience to CenturyLink. Powers has responsibility for accelerating customer acquisition while developing a world-class organization. With the emergence of virtualization, her key focus will be to evolve the region to be best positioned to drive value to customers' current and future business needs.

Prior to being named Vice President Sales, Powers was Director of Sales (West Region) for the CenturyLink Channel Alliance (formally the Qwest Business Partner Program). In this role, she maintained and grew partnerships with 70 Alliance Members with an extensive depth of frontline selling resources. Powers was successful in delivering year-over-year improvements in both sales and revenue. In 2010, Powers was named Channel Executive Woman of the Year by CRN magazine. Before Qwest, Powers gained experience and produced strong results at leading nationwide sales channel organizations in the IXC and CLEC segments. She was consistently recognized as an innovator for alternate channel sales. Powers is a long-time supporter and advocate of the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Eugenia Rutenberg, Associate Director, Information Management, Actelion Pharmaceuticals. Eugenia Rutenberg is responsible for Information Management at Actelion Pharmaceuticals, currently in the role of Associate Director. Eugenia's oversees Actelion's Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, and Data Governance initiatives. Some of her recent work includes managing advanced analytics project to improve commercial company performance, defining Business Intelligence and Middleware Strategies, and implementing Salesforce.com integration with Customer Master. Previously, Eugenia managed business applications, and established Project Management practices at Actelion.

Eugenia started her career as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Eugenia holds Computer Science degree from UC Berkeley, and MBA from New York University. In her spare time, Eugenia juggles family life and artful hobbies.

Robin Selden Vice President of Global and Retail Marketing NETGEAR, Inc. Joined NETGEAR in January 2012 and is responsible for Brand & Global Retail. Before joining NETGEAR she was at Dolby tasked with developing the entire Marketing organization, product marketing and corporate communications. While at Dolby, Robin developed their first Advertising and Social Media programs bringing the brand to life to a new younger audience using new mobile devices with Dolby Sound. Robin's last position at Logitech was VP & General Manager of the Streaming Media Business Unit where she grew the business 4X in two years. Prior positions at Logitech include Worldwide Marketing VP developing marketing strategy and brand management for Logitech. In the four years Robin was in this position, she increased Logitech brand awareness in major countries around the world by as much as 11% through well targeted advertising, disciplined messaging, and building a direct marketing program. Robin has over 20 years of experience in General Management and Marketing in technology, consumer product and Internet industries.

Robin has served on the Board of Advisors for Santa Clara University Graduate School of Business, is a recipient of the Silicon Valley TWIN award honoring Women Executives, and was recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the "Top Women in Business for 2003". She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Science from California Polytechnic State University.

Purnima Wagle is Vice President, IT Corporate Solutions at Flextronics, responsible for Business Intelligence, Collaboration & Reporting, Supply Chain, Engineering, CRM, Finance, HR, and Quality systems. Ms. Wagle's recent accomplishment at Flextronics includes deployment of SaaS solution Workday as Global HRIS retiring 80+ legacy solutions. Some of the major initiatives that Ms. Wagle is currently leading at Flextronics are Integrated Supply Chain Strategy, Company Analytics, Enterprise Master Data Management, Sales Enablement, and custom development of a new QMS on Microsoft Azure.

Flextronics is a $29B global manufacturing and services provider operating in more than 30 countries worldwide and employs over 200,000 people. Flextronics designs, builds and ships complete packaged products for its OEM customers. Additionally, Flextronics provides logistics, after-market and field services to support customer end-to-end supply chain requirements.

Ms. Wagle is a Senior IT leader with over 20 years of global corporate experience in IT Strategic Planning, Program Management, Organizational Development, Business Partnership & Collaboration, and Applications Delivery. Ms. Wagle's extensive IT career also includes management positions with Cadence Design Systems, San Jose and Tata Motors, India as well as a consulting engagement with Nissan Motors, Australia.

Ms. Wagle holds a M.B.A. (Honors) from St. Mary's College of California and M.S. in Statistics from Bombay University, India. Ms. Wagle has attended the Innovative CIO program at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the UC Berkeley CIO Institute at the Haas School of Business.

Kim Lewis is Vice President/CTO at First Republic Bank, a leading private bank and wealth management company headquartered in San Francisco. She is responsible for all data/data warehouse functions, enterprise applications, digital channels technology, and the corporate program management office at the Bank. Prior to her role at First Republic, Kim accumulated over 12 years of experience in both operations and strategic technology management positions with two other financial institutions, as well as with manufacturing firms such as NIKE and Lamb-Weston. She has been fortunate to achieve success with small local efforts to large global initiatives within both highly structured and extremely unstructured environments. In her spare time, Kim and her husband enjoy hiking the East Bay nature trails.
