As the VP of Recruiting & Strategy, I bring to the role more than 20 years' experience in recruiting and staff augmentation, specializing in technology and healthcare technology, specifically in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) space. My primary role is to oversee the recruiting functions and develop processes and review and update growth forecasts.

I lead efforts to effectively manage client resources, contractors, and third party providers while defining strategies to develop and refine service offerings, revenue opportunities and the resources required to deliver those services.

In the end, it's all about client satisfaction and putting in place the processes to measure performance and anticipate needs.

My role also includes client and relationship management and business development. Responsible for further enhancing existing industry partnerships and services while working to establish new relationships that support The Mice Groups clients' needs and growth.

Janet Tsai is a detailed-oriented team leader who is passionate about team building and employee development. A trusted advisor, coach, and mentor, she advocates positive thinking, and she champions and raises awareness in support of diversity and inclusion.

Within her 18+ years of working in the aerospace industry, Janet has performed in various roles from Security Administrator, IT technical support, project management, and IT business process and planning, staffing, training, incident management, and to managing IT Special Projects. She also serves as the chairperson for the Employee Resource Group Council (ERG) supporting 11+ ERGs. She is a frequent guest speaker and trainer for a variety of different groups. ERG awarded her as 2013 Woman-of-the-Year.

Dada is a yoga monk, a meditation instructor, an author, a keynote speaker and a musician. Born in New Zealand, he was ordained as a monk in India in 1979. Dada has performed and spoken in more than 40 countries, including in Brazil in 1992 where he appeared on stage with the Dalai Lama before 10,000 people. His book on meditation, Close Your Eyes & Open Your Mind, is available in twelve languages. Dada has taught meditation at UC Berkeley, California, and speaks on mindfulness and creativity at corporations including TEDx, NVIDIA, LAM Research, Google, CISCO and Facebook.

Anna Paderna has over 15 years of Human Resources experience, much of it in the Silicon Valley. Her HR roots started at a top international law firm. Since then she’s established HR at hi-tech startups, ramped up high-growth organizations, and been through mergers and acquisitions. She is currently Human Resources leader at the Electronics Research Lab, an R&D site where autonomous vehicles and other electronic innovations are being developed. Here, she strives to strike a balance between the two very diverse cultures of high tech Silicon Valley and the #1 automaker in the world.
