We live in a hectic world. Juggling a highly demanding job with the responsibilities of our personal and family life, often we are left feeling stressed and exhausted. Most busy professionals today find that they barely have time to eat let alone cook. So often they end up skipping breakfast, resorting to quick over healthful meals and eating at irregular intervals.

Broward Project Coordinator

Sofiya has over 11 years of experience in the IT field, of which the last 9 years working with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications. She has expertise in leading projects, supporting enterprise-wide applications, solving application issues, ensuring proper reporting, and streamlining and automating manual processes through use of technology. She is currently working for Alorica, an industry leader in customer management outsourcing and is responsible for their corporate Oracle ERP and related applications. Previously Sofiya worked at the Ohio Department of Education where she was part of the team that implemented and setup Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources. Sofiya holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Science and Computer Science from Franklin University. She was born in Bulgaria and is very fond of her trip home once a year. Other activities she enjoys in her free time include being in nature, self-exploration and the performing arts.

Laura Klein
Chief Information Officer, eDiets

Laura Klein joined eDiets in 2008 as its Chief Information Officer and took on the additional role of running the Corporate Services Division in early 2010. Prior to joining eDiets, Ms. Klein served as the Chief Information Officer, VP of IT and Security Officer at Sheridan Healthcare, a leading outsourcing provider of healthcare services for hospitals and medical facilities. Between 2001 and 2002, she was President of Elencee, a marketing and website development company located in Fort Lauderdale. Ms. Klein holds an Executive Program MBA degree with a concentration in healthcare from the University of Miami, as well as a MS degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Georgia and a BS degree in Biology from North Carolina State University.
