Joint Patent Holder of a software system for jet engine design. Current President and Founding Chapter Officer of Microsoft Project Users Group South Florida.

Tamara Spalding

Tamara Spalding has spent over 15 years focused on the customer. Tamara is the Senior Director of Technical Support Operations at ScriptLogic Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quest Software. Her responsibility is to lead, coach, mentor and motivate her team and ensure they have the technical skills needed to provide the best possible service to customers. Before coming to ScriptLogic, Tamara was the Director of Customer Service and Training at ChoicePoint, Inc. Tamara holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and has earned her HDI Support Center Director Certification. She also serves on the leadership team of the South Florida chapter of WITI (Women in Technology International).

Ginny Rapp

Ginny Rapp has 25 years of experience in information technology. Her expertise is primarily in the financial services industry, with a concentration on technology infrastructure planning and support. Currently, Ginny is the Manager of LAN/WAN Administration at Mutual of America, a retirement planning company in Boca Raton. Before Mutual of America, Ginny was the Network Operations Manager at City National Bank of FL in Miami for 10 years. Ginny has an MBA in Information Systems from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia PA.

Patricia Monica Ojeda

Consummate and highly dynamic MIS professional with extensive experience as an IT Management Consultant developing solutions to drive growth and profitability in challenging and competitive markets. Strong leadership, motivation, communication, negotiation, creative and analytical skills. Decisive, solutions-focused and results-oriented. Committed team-builder, with high work ethic and outstanding interpersonal relationship skills at all levels within the organization, from the production floor to the executive suites.
