Becky Hartman, Senior Agile Coach & Professional Scrum Trainer, AgileThought

Becky Hartman is an enthusiastic and passionate agile coach with nearly twenty years of combined experience in both traditional and Agile methodologies with applied experience in a variety of domains.

She holds several certifications pertaining to Agile and Project Management, including PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM II and TBR-CT and is a certified Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) for Scrum.org. She specializes in engaging teams in transformations to agile practices through training, facilitating, and coaching to support them in transforming the way they view and execute work. Becky is known for her active volunteering in both the local and national Agile communities and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Agile Alliance.

Becky is also a co-author of The Agile Practice Guide. This is a collaborative project between Project Management Institute and Agile Alliance to bridge the gap between the two communities and provide another means of transition from traditional project management to an agile process.

Becky is currently a Senior Agile Coach at AgileThought in the beautiful Tampa Bay Area.

Christy Erbeck, an AgileThought Principal Transformation Consultant, has over 25 years’ experience in domestic and international consulting, training, and coaching, working in both software development and non-product-focused environments, including manufacturing (discrete and process), distribution, and sales & marketing.

Christy has trained and worked with thousands of individuals worldwide, from nontechnical roles (e.g., in transportation, coal processing), to software developers, sales, and high-level executive leaders.

She is a compassionate and courageous collaborator who energizes others, strengthens organizational effectiveness and increases employee growth and retention. She is deeply passionate about engaging employees and clients, coaching and developing others, all to inspire positive and lasting change that makes organizations better.

Christy co-authored Roadmap to Success, a compilation of thoughts from some of America’s top intellectual minds (Ken Blanchard, Deepak Chopra, and others) on mapping out successful business strategies, including understanding employee engagement to improve profitability.

Christy holds several industry certifications, earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator.
