Lennise Germany (a Clearwater Fl native) is the CEO of Livy O’s Catering company a multi-award winning, family owned and operated corporation, that provides food made with love and quality service. From humble beginnings of selling dinners from the trunk of her car in 2014, to opening her first brick and mortar in Brandon, Florida, and crowned 2019 Woman in Business by the Tampa Bay Girls Rock Association, she is not slowing down. As one of the Tampa Bay Area’s most sought after caterers (under Lennise’s leadership) Livy O’s has established local and national partnerships with healthcare sectors, performing over 700 meals for charter and private schools daily, a vendor for the Florida Department of Agriculture, was awarded seven 6-figure government contract in 2020, and was recently announced one of 200 vendors for the 2021 NFL Super Bowl. As a private chef, Lennise has cooked for local and national celebrities and is often featured on multiple television networks performing live cooking demonstrations.

Lennise is wife, mother of 6, a sitting board member of the Greater Brandon Chamber and the Valrico YMCA. As a servant leader in her community, her driving force is to impact generational change. In 2010 she founded Sisters Standing Strong, Inc. to address the issues of battered women and help them find and achieve their goals, as she too is a survivor of domestic violence. Utilizing her platform to empower and mentor, Lennise uses her personal testimony of to help others discover their life’s purpose. Her life’s dream is to sit on Oprah’s couch and be interviewed by her. Lennise’s motto in life is she can do anything until she can’t.
