Job searching is stressful to begin with. Add in a modern workforce, the various recruiting technology that currently exists, and a global health pandemic and it can make finding a new opportunity seem near impossible. In this panel discussion, Talent Acquisition, Recruiters and Current employees will breakdown what it takes to land the opportunities you want. Suzanne Ricci is the Chief Success Officer at Computer Coach Training Center. Since 2000, Suzanne has helped thousands of IT and business professionals, in Tampa Bay, achieve their career goals through customized training strategies. Starting off her career as a Web Designer, she possesses over 25 technical certifications and 20 years of IT and training experience. Suzanne is the Network Director for WITI Tampa Bay.

Jesus Vidaurri is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Tech Data. Tech Data is one of the world's largest technology distributors. Currently ranked No. 107 on the Fortune 500® and has been named one of Fortune's "World's Most Admired Companies" for seven straight years. In addition, Jesus is the Co-Organizer for Blacks in Technology - Greater Tampa Bay. Serves on the Board for the Tampa Bay Recruiter Network Group, serves as an advisor for Embark Collective and is frequently seen in the Tampa Bay community giving back to job seekers through volunteerism.

Alyssa Nichols is the Talent Outreach Specialist for Events & Partnerships at KnowBe4. She runs KnowBe4's internships, scholarships, recruitment events, partnerships and the Sales Career Accelerator program. Alyssa is a Tampa Bay native and grew up in Clearwater, FL. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a minor in Leadership Studies. After graduation, she joined the Human Resources field in 2015 as a campus recruiter. Alyssa loves mentoring students and recent grads; and as a proud Latina, she is involved with diversity & inclusion work as a member of the USF Latino Alumni Society. Alyssa is close to her family and enjoys watching NFL games with her Dad, seeing theatre with her Mom, and walking her dog Roscoe. In her spare time, she runs an Etsy shop in honor of her late grandmother and co-hosts a Star Wars podcast.

Donielle Ori is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) professional with experience supporting leaders and employees at every organizational level. She provides strategic leadership throughout organizations, achieving a balanced perspective between business/leadership goals and employee advocacy. As a strategic HR partner, it is her responsibility to utilize her HR expertise, business acumen, and leadership to support successful business outcomes through organizational effectiveness and development efforts, including talent management.

Angela DeBlaey is a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Corporate Functions at Amgen. She started her (almost) nine year career in technical recruitment supporting a government contractor, and eventually moved on to work for a large contract manufacturer based out of St. Petersburg, FL. Now in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry, she partners with hiring leaders to advise on best practices surrounding talent attraction, recruitment strategy, interviewing, and provides general information on market trends.
