Mina Ghaani Director of Product & Technology - PwC's Technology Impact Office

Mina Ghaani is the Director of Product & Technology in PwC’s Technology Impact Office. She leverages her experience in Product Management, Strategy and Development to identify PwC IP & technologies to support the Technology Impact Office’s efforts in addressing pressing environmental and societal issues at scale. Driven by the open innovation of products and simplifying complex structures based on client demands and consumer trends. I am well versed in building effective, cross-functional communication in culturally sensitive environments. I seek efficiency at all levels and have a knack for identifying high-leverage activities using creative problem-solving strategies to resolve issues and maximize margins. I am experienced in leading product and operations with careful attention in specifying and managing the execution of both B2B and B2C solutions. My experience in documenting product requirements and defining objectives, has strengthened my foundation and ability in leading the execution of consumer and corporate software and hardware products. I've overseen and led processes from domestic and overseas sourcing of raw materials, engineering teams, forming and maintaining relationships with international vendors/suppliers, global negotiations for all costs and contracts, design and development, monitoring live and remote manufacturing, the worldwide expedition of finished goods, and activities in between for both hardware and software. I have extensive knowledge in product lifecycle management, the management of interdisciplinary teams, profit and loss management, and customer relationship management. I emphasize appreciative inquiry, prioritization, follow-through, leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and evolution. I'm here to implement growth and put my skills to work. Andrea Loeffert: Data & Analytics Manager

My passion is in partnering with clients throughout various industries (including Healthcare, Technology, Interactive Marketing, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunication, and many others) to help strategize, empower, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that encourage data driven decisions throughout an entire organization.

By gaining a deep understanding of my clients current data and analytics strategy, not only from an IT but also from a business perspective, I seek to understand where the client would like to go with their analytics from self service, to visual dash-boarding, to embedded report portals and more. Not only do I partner with my clients to strategize and develop the best plan and technologies to fit within that plan, but I can also lead the implementation while educating the client on the technology and operational reporting practices best suited for their goals and needs. I've worked with many different data/business intelligence technologies so my clients needs and goals are priority with the tools to support and achieve those coming second.

I have led numerous engagements that have focused heavily on transitioning clients from outdated and slow tabular reporting systems into a self-service and / or "next-gen" (next generation) business intelligence environment. Post implementation I've worked with report engineering, data prep/cleansing, dashboard creation, server architecture and strategy, center of excellence training and activities, overall reporting server health checks, user empowerment / training, and much more.

Outside of saving the Data and Business Intelligence world, you can find me on the beach playing volleyball, paddle boarding, in the gym lifting heavy weight, and traveling back and forth to Denver to see my family.
