ITSM, a new trend and career opportunity

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

IT service management is a hot new trend in the world of IT. Also known as ITSM, this “management practice” requires strong team players who are excellent at organizing, communicating, brainstorming, and excel in people skills. This is a profession you might want to consider for your next career opportunity, as it is global and thriving regardless of the industry. Industries including healthcare, media, accounting firms, high-tech, and small mid-size businesses are deploying IT service management.

Our expert panelists will provide insight on how the industry of IT is changing in light of IT service management.
