Chylon Pappas is the Vice President of Marketing for First Tech Federal Credit Union. Chylon has dedicated her career to First Tech’s membership and the credit union industry, serving members and fostering employee growth at the nation’s sixth largest credit union for over 17 years. In her role, Chylon leads the organization’s brand and product marketing from strategy to execution to evaluation. Chylon also gives back to her community as a board member for several non-profit organizations, including With Love--which offers support for foster families in Oregon—as well as the March of Dimes and the American Marketing Association.
