When a person feels like they don't quite fit in - that there is something different about them, they're usually right. Understanding how and why there are differences, and what to do about them can result dramatic, positive life changes.

Jen Slaton, founder of Autism 360 Support, provides virtual coaching for individuals, couples and parents, where one or more family members are on the autism spectrum or have another neurodevelopmental challenge such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She has been a psychotherapist for 20 plus years, and an in-home behavior consultant and assessor, working with families to address challenging parenting issues with their children on the autism spectrum.

Because of the breadth and depth of her background and experience, Jen is able to address the needs of the whole person and family. Since most problems don't occur in isolation, addressing them holistically, including strengths and challenges, allows her to help others make lasting change. Jen feels blessed to have a career she loves, and that she has been able to make a profound difference in the lives of the many people she has been honored to work with.
