Kevin Hannah is Kazuhm's director of product operations leading product delivery and support to ensure customer success with the company's application Platform-as-a-Service (APaaS) solution. Prior to Kazuhm, Kevin held a number of senior positions ensuring customer success from both within, as a vendor, and without, as a customer adviser. This includes managing West Coast client research for AMR Research, now part of Gartner.
