"Women as Leaders"

Thursday, January 19, 2006
11:45 AM - 1:30 PM

WITI San Diego presents a Speaker Series Workshop:

"Women as Leaders", an interactive workshop presented by Jenni Prisk, Prisk Communication.

Join us as Jenni Prisk, noted national speaker, leads a workshop that explores topics pertinent to women and their leadership roles in society. As our world changes and the roles we occupy within it, we work hard to achieve our professional goals in life, yet most professional women feel many pressures as they balance personal and professional lives.

Workshop key discussion points include:

1. What makes you a leader? Identify your passions and values.

2. What are the factors that affect women's ability to function best as leaders? Communication styles?

3. How do you apply your leadership professionally and personally?

4. Where would you like your leadership to take you? Develop your blueprint for your future.
