She’s done this by leading the local community of Ladies Who Launch & Women’s Global Network, and by helping small businesses thrive through her strategy work as founder of Perspective Marketing. Felena’s latest venture is a collaborative coworking space for female entrepreneurs. Hera Hub was conceived to fill a huge gap between the various space options available to start-ups and freelancers. For accomplished women Hera Hub is a unique workspace that offers hourly, daily, and monthly work and meeting space for freelancers, independent consultants, entrepreneurs, and authors. Managing Talent Director, Sparrey Consulting
Andrea Sparrey founded Sparrey Consulting to help clients take a different approach to career management: building long-term relationships with elite professionals. To support her efforts to advise top talent, she is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants (AIGAC). Andrea was born and raised in Toronto, and earned her MBA at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Subsequently, Andrea spent four years at Bain and Company, one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms. There, she managed teams in healthcare, consumer products, and Private Equity sectors. She also created several unique professional development and recruiting tools still used today. She coaches clients on unique ways to integrate LinkedIn into their career plan on a daily basis, and connects people regularly using different LinkedIn tools to help them find jobs, grow a business or conduct research for projects.
