Dina Sarti - Network Director

After Graduating from Baldwin Wallace College with a double major in Business and Communications, Dina moved to NYC and has been working in the IT space for over 15 years. During the past five years Dina has worked from the NYC office for Column Technologies and has successfully assisted in launching their HR Case Management Solution. As of January she relocated to Sydney with Column Technologies Australia and is the Business Development Manager in the southern Region.

Her down-to-earth style and ability to connect people and creative ideas make her one of Column Technologies' most popular representatives. "Dina Sarti is engaging, knowledgeable, and motivating." These are words clients often use to describe her. With extensive experience in selling consultative solutions and opening new markets, Dina is a top producer.

A master networker and connector of people and ideas, Dina has planned and managed various networking and promotional events. Her areas of expertise include selling to "C" level executives, expanding business, and sales management. Clients include major media and legal and financial companies. Professional associations include: WITI Leadership team and membership in the Professional Legal Trainers' Group. Dina was a Former President of the Association of Women in Computing, and a board member for Help Desk Institute for 10 years, on the board of ITSMf NYC chapter.

Since moving to Australia she has been appointed to be Regional Director for both Sydney and Melbourne and looking forward to growing the WITI Network in Australia.

Bronwyn Edwards - Public Relations/Membership Chair

Bronwyn is an experienced Financial Services specialist with a proven track record of success with institutions in South Africa and Australia. She is a global Data Migration specialist with IBM and has a background in program and project management, technology implementation and integration, relationship management, people development and change management.

Most recently Bronwyn has been leading the migration to a new core banking platform for one of Australia's major banks.

She has a particular interest in leadership development as a driver of organisational values and cultural transformation. She is a qualified Executive Business and Personal Coach.

Professional associations include: WITI Leadership team, NSW Chapter in Australia and member of Women On Boards.

Bronwyn lives in Sydney, has been happily married for 30 years and has 5 children.

Andrea Wilton Connell - Co-Director

Andrea Wilton-Connell is the Global Manager for Service Management Development at CSC focused on IT Service Management disciplines. Andrea has held a number of roles within CSC over a 12 year period including Project Director role within the CSC Australia Region. These roles have included a number of public speaking opportunities including for iTSMF, vendor forums and conducting webinars. Area's of speciality include IT Service Management within a multi-sourced global environment and building effective geographically dispersed teams.

Previous jobs have seen Andrea relocate from New Zealand to Washington DC and finally to Sydney, Australia where she resides with her family - her interests include Photography, Real estate, and she is an avid pet lover.

Andrea has various industry and tertiary qualifications in Business Management, IT and Project Management.

Andrea's strengths in planning and building effective teams are a welcome addition to the Sydney Chapter.

Emily Morgan - Strategic Advisor

After 12 years working with JP Morgan in the United States, Emily Morgan moved to Australia in 1999 to work with the national office of CSC. Her roles with CSC included both CIO and Director of Service Delivery. Having begun her academic studies with Finance and Liberal Arts at Manchester Community College in Connecticut, in 2008 Emily indulged her artistic side by taking on the role of CIO and Director of Information Systems at Sydney Opera House, including a period as Acting Director, Marketing, Communications and Customer Service. A few years ago Emily extended her studies by taking courses via Cornell University, New York State, in leadership, strategic thinking and planning, and executive decision making. She brought all these skills together in her most recent position as Chief Information Officer at the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet. With her strengths in stakeholder management and team building and her specialities of consensus building and communication, Emily is adept at working within the sensitive, fast-paced environment of high-level government as well as multi-national organizations.

Natalia Huber

Natalia is a relationship management specialist who is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to achieve their absolute potential.

With many years of experience working with clients of all shapes and sizes, from individuals through to large multi-nationals, she has always sought to utilize her consultative, collaborative and warm approach to assist individuals and organizations meet their personal and business goals. A strong devotion to her personal values means that she always acts ethically and with integrity, genuinely investing herself in the needs and requirements of others to ensure a successful partnership.

With an interest in Psychology, she is currently finalising her Psychology degree, and will soon be commencing a Masters in Communications. She currently works for a leading publisher and distributor of psychological assessments, namely the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and is certified as a practitioner of a number of leading psychological assessments and 360 degree tools.

With a passion for innovation, collective (collaborative) intelligence, social media, writing and networking, Natalia would ultimately love to assist women in their personal and professional endeavours, through increasing self-awareness, leadership development and communication skills, and also through connecting people who can assist and support each other to achieve their potential. Together, we as a community are greater than the sum of the parts!

Natalia lives in Kirribilli in Sydney, and has interests in Dancing (being an ex-professional dancer), travel, public speaking, cultural arts, sailing and is a crazy cat lady with two beautiful cats!

Janel Brandon

Janel Brandon is a software engineer who currently works for IBM Australia in Brisbane, Queensland. She has been a WITI member for 13 years, and has joined the leadership team in Sydney Australia to capitalise on her first-hand experience as a female engineer, as well as her experience working with women in engineering programs. Janel has recently come to Australia from the United States, where she served as the Communications Committee Chair for Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN) and served on the leadership team for IBM's EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering (EX.I.T.E) Camp program for young women. Janel received a national award from WEPAN in 2008 and 2009 for her long-term active work with young women in school and those beginning their careers, and brings to WITI Sydney her connections to professional women world-wide as well as her extensive experience.
