Pattie left the world of banking to start her own organizational effectiveness and training company. Her clients include The Los Angeles Times, Mattel Toys, First Interstate Bank, Capital Group, Intel, HP, State of Washington, and many others. Pattie empowers leaders and teams to soar and to manage their careers and lives with authenticity and purpose.

Pattie joined Microsoft in 1998 to lead the companies Enterprise and Small, Medium Business groups to become a more customer-centric and sales excellence organization. She worked in the sales, product, and partner divisions.
