The demand for IT talent, especially in some of the hottest fields like mobility, big data, robotics, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence seems insatiable. Building a good team of IT talent has never been more challenging. How can employers find enough of the tech talent to compete and innovate in this intense job market? At Randstad Technologies that's what we do every day - help our clients attract and hire the IT talent they need.

In many local markets, wages are being driven sky high and if an organization finds a qualified candidate, they must act fast or risk losing them - but there are steps employers can take to improve their chances of finding and retaining IT talent:

- Understanding the demographics of the pool of candidates provides insights into what job candidates want from their employer and workplace.
- Revamping hiring processes can reduce the chances of losing a good candidate to another firm.
- Employer branding programs can help position your firm as an attractive place to work.

In this webinar, Kathy Van Pelt, Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Randstad Technologies will offer her insights on the challenges and opportunities hiring firms need to confront and resolve.
