Women and Automation: How to Prepare for the Future Workforce

Presenter: Audra Jenkins, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Randstad US

In an age of rapid technological advances, robotics, AI and automation add another level of complexity to diversity. According to McKinsey Global Institute, 375 million workers will need to find alternative careers by 2030 as a result of these technologies, and 57 percent of jobs lost to automation are currently held by women. During this webinar, attendees will learn how these technological shifts are radically changing the skills employers need to succeed and what they can do now to set up their workforce for future success. By having a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy, businesses can extend their footprint in the talent market, drive increased revenue and fuel creativity. Join us as we share what businesses can do today to prepare their workforce for this shift.
