In today's highly disruptive, ever-changing business and pandemic world, the three critical skills for all women are building resiliency, emotional agility and grit. The key question in a strong windstorm is - Do you bend or break?
This highly interactive and informative webinar is based on Pattie Grimm's experience as a senior leader and the groundbreaking works of Doctors Susan David, Angela Lee Duckworth and Brene Brown. You will get practical success strategies to become more resilient, agile and develop grit.
Resiliency is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and bend in the high winds and not break. The capability and strength to bounce back, learn, recover and be strong throughout life's ups and downs. There's an old saying ... "it's not how far you fall but how high you bounce back that really counts."
Emotional agility can be defined as the ability to navigate life's twists and turns with self-acceptance, clear-sightedness and an open mind. To live life to its fullest and learn from the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly.
Finally, grit can be defined as good old "stick to it-ism" and having the tenacity to thrive in times of change. The perseverance of effort to overcome obstacles or challenges that lie on the path to success.
The secret of success and transforming your life is to have the resiliency, agility, and grit to learn from these challenging times and not just survive but to thrive.
This webinar will help you:
- Learn the skills to be more resilient, agile and develop grit to apply to your life right now.
- Understand how to learn from and grow from changes and challenges in your life.
- Discover how to be confident and develop the courage to become stronger with every twist and turn in your life.
