Together we are better. I will begin these calls with a couple of things I think are worth thinking about as leaders. Ideas about how to be a better leader in a virtual environment, insights from clients in China who are beginning to emerge again, and more.

Then, we will check in with people on the call and synthesize various perspectives. Some of these people will be invited guests who will share a useful point of view with us, and we'd also like to hear from you, time permitting.

After selfishly freaking out for a while about how this whole thing is going to affect me I finally took Snoop's advice: Don't be Nervous, Be at Their Service and I started to think about what I have to offer that could be useful to you, and how I can share it.

I quickly realized that because of my connections and clients I could bring together great people, great ideas and great insight for the benefit of all. So, the Global Leadership Synchronization Meeting was born.
